New building with defects. Water and electricity problems. Managed to solve water and electricity problems.

Case No. 002
Bought a new apartment. Several defects which developer refused to rectify. After some correspondence and arguments, most of the defects were eventually rectified. But there were still some defects which the new owner was forced to accept by compromise.

Case No. 006
Died in accident while working. 5 children. Wife left the children with the grandmother  after the incident. Applied for a monthly pension from Social Security Organization Got a pension of RM485 per month.

Evergreen Apartments
Water supply problem because of hillside situation. Solved after some letters and discussion with the authorities.

Case No. 010
Overcharged by Tenaga Nasional Berhad for the consumption of electricity. Wrote and had a few discussion with the authorities. Charges reduced to 30%.

Case No. 013
 57 years old. Living with husband and a daughter. Monthly income of the family around RM300 per month. Applied for monthly help from the Welfare Department. Managed to get an extra RM80 per month.

Case No. 016
Claimed to be arrested by police without reason. Arranged a meeting with the Officer in Charge of Police District. Got explanation.

Case No. 017
Single mother. Worked as a security guard. Work terminated without any compensation. Filed a case in the labour office. Managed to get RM120 as a compensation.

Case No. 018
Two Indian nationals were cheated by employment agent as soon as they arrived in Kuala Lumpur. Agent took their passports. We applied on their behalf and got some replacement travel documents. Both of them flew back to India on 4th October 2006 and reached home safely. They promised us that they will seek the justice for their problem in India.
